Welcome to Wandsworth Matters
Wandsworth is one of the best councils in the country, according to independent judges. Our reputation for providing good value for money is based on years of asking local people what they want and need from the council and other public bodies – and acting on that information!

You are invited to join a new online panel which adds to the range of ways in which the views of local people can help to shape local services and the quality of life in Wandsworth. As a panellist, you will have your own home page where you may answer quick polls or questionnaires or give opinions on a variety of issues, while also having the opportunity to upload profile photos, post blogs and interact with other panel members. We will use bulletin boards to give feedback to the panel on the results of our surveys and the impact of your involvement on our decision making.
What is expected of me?
Participation is completely voluntary. First, complete a simple registration form and we will send you an email with your first online survey. The email will come from info@wandsworthmatters.co.uk so please ensure you add this to your trusted emails so it won't get lost in your spam folder. The FAQ page has more details

This first online survey will ask a few questions about you so that we can invite later to activities which will be of interest to you. You can also tell us in which activities you would like to take part (online surveys, discussion groups/face-to-face groups etc) and how often you would prefer to be invited.
How long does it take?
We will try to keep surveys as short as possible and the average length will be around 10 minutes. Some activities may take longer, but we will always tell you for each activity how much time you would need to allocate. You are free to accept or decline participation whenever you are invited

The main purpose of this online community is to give you a voice and the opportunity to openly share your views and discuss whatever matters to you about living or working in Wandsworth
